Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations prior to September 26, 2008 are entitled to a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Registrant substitutions can be made without penalty. Cancellation or substitution requests must be sent to
npbc@plida.org. Cancelled registrations originally paid by credit card will incur an additional 2.5% service charge.
Children Policy
Due to the sensitivity of bereaved parents and other attendees, this conference is not suitable for babies or young children. In consideration of all participants, we ask that you please feed infants away from conference activities and have a support person along to care for children while attending the sessions. We appreciate your consideration.
